Clients may also request custom die-cut moulds for specific layouts — additional charges apply for custom tooling.

Paper Stocks: 260gsm or 310gsm Art Card
Lamination: Gloss or Matt
Printing: 1 Side (1/S) or 2 Sides (2/S)
Optional Feature: Photoframe pocket (Yes/No)
Additional Information:
🔹 Best Use Cases: Ideal for proposals, presentation kits, conference materials, onboarding packs, or investor documents.
🔹 Design Tip: MF-02 is best for bulkier contents thanks to the spine and hole punch. Use MF-01 for slimmer handouts or sales kits.
🔹 FOC Moulds: MF-01 and MF-02 are available at no additional mould cost. For non-standard sizes or layouts, custom die-cutting is available.
🔹 Die-Cut Allowance: As all folders require die-cutting, please allow up to 10mm tolerance, especially near folds, slits, and cut edges.
🔹 Artwork Setup: Submit artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed. Keep key elements at least 5mm from cutting and folding areas.
