We support a wide range of fold styles. Most standard folds are economical and applied inline using our folding equipment, which supports up to 320mm width. For complex folds (e.g. diagonal folds or folds parallel to lengths beyond 500mm), a die or mould may be required to apply creasing lines instead of traditional folding.

🔹 Best Use Cases: Ideal for promotional handouts, product showcases, menus, event programmes, or service guides.
🔹 Folding Note: Maximum inline fold width is 320mm. For larger formats or special folds, perforation or die-creasing may be used.
🔹 Custom Shapes: Unusual folds or designs (e.g. diagonal layouts) may incur additional cost due to mould setup.
🔹 Artwork Preparation: Provide artwork with 3mm bleed and 5mm safe zone. If fold lines are critical to your design, leave at least a 10mm tolerance, especially for custom folds or creasing parallel to the width.
